Miami, Fla.- In what many think could be a preview to the NBA Finals, the Miami Heat hosted the Golden State Warriors at FTX Arena. Golden State was playing without their star guard Stephen Curry. In a close game through the first three periods, Golden State went on 37-24 4th period to take out the Heat 118-104.

Jordan Poole led the Warriors with 30 points. Jonathan Kuminga. Andrew Wiggins chipped in 22 and Juan Toscanini-Anderson added 22 off the bench.

Said head coach of Golden State Steve Kerr, “our overall competitive fire and execution at both ends was excellent.”

A disappointed Heat head coach Eric Spoelstra put the loss in perspective. “ You van use moments during the season to catapult you.”

Miami host the New York Knicks Friday night and the Brooklyn Nets Saturday night.
