Sad Ending For NY Football

One team blew a 20 point lead and the other team was down 20 points they couldn’t overcome. Such was the story of the New York Jets and Giants. Gang Green hosted the Washington Commanders and Big Blue visited the Eagles in Philadelphia. 

 

Gang Green managed to come back and steal a victory. Big Blue could not, despite the return of veteran quarterback Tyrod Taylor. The following week, the Jets would get mauled on the road by the resergin Cleveland Browns while the  Giants would lose at home against the Los Angeles Chargers.

 

Both teams had high expectations coming into the season. The Jets signed Aaron Rodgers. The Giants re-signed Daniel Jones and Saqoun Barkley. Rodgers goes down 4 plays in the first game. Jones blows out his knee against the Raiders. Both teams would never recover.

 

Another year of losing football in New York!

 

At least the Buffalo Bills are still relevant!
