Clarkson Big Off The Bench

The Knicks beat the Memphis Grizzlies 133-120 on Tuesday night behind six players scoring in double figures. Five starters and Jordan Clarkson off the bench. Four Knicks made three 3-point shots: Deuce McBride, Clarkson, Karl Anthony Towns, and Mikal Bridges. Jalen Brunson made a team high six three pointers and finished with a game high 32 points. The Knicks have now scored 130 or more points in three straight games which is a franchise record.
The Knicks are now 7-3 after ten games with all their wins coming at home. They currently are on a seven game homestand where they are 5-0 with two games remaining. At the start of this seven game homestand they were 2-3 after losing three straight on the road. A place they have yet to win this season. “We felt we had a chance to be a good team from the beginning,” Knicks first year Head Coach Mike Brown said after the game. “I said this before, we just didn’t have a lot of time together before we went out on the road, and I made some mistakes, and you know we cleaned it up.”
