Sunday was a great day for basketball, as five Big3 games took place at Barclays Center and one at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto. Former NBA players showed out, reminding basketball fans that being retired doesn’t mean you can’t still ball.

Power vs. Trilogy faced off in game 1, which saw Royce White propel the Power to victory, posting 20-5-3-1.

Game 2 featured Tri-State vs. the Triplets, with a great performance from Jeremy Pargo who put up 26 in a hard fought Triplets’ dub.

The 3 Headed Monsters took on 3’s Company in game 3 where former All-Rookie Michael Beasley went off for 17-15-3-1-3 leading the 3’s to the win.

In game 4 the Enemies faced Bivouac, and Gerald Green, Corey Brewer, and Garlon Green combined for 50 in a Bivouac win despite a 20 point performance from Jordan Crawford.

The last 2 games were more one-sided, with the Killer 3’s and Ball Hogs emerging victorious over the Aliens and Ghost Ballers, respectively. Donte Green of the Killers had the most points of the day with 28, along with 4 threes. Jodie Meeks and 2007 6MOY Leandro Barbosa led the Ghost Ballers to victory.
