When the New York Yankees open up the 2023 season they will be looking to win their 28th world championship to the storied franchise. The passionate fans better bring their appetite when they come to the house that George Steinbrenner built as the organization displayed 13 new food and drink items last week. Chef Christian Petroni of the Food Network displayed 13 new items that will enhance the already food goodies on the menu. Included are the following:

Bobby’s Burger
Lobel’s Steak Sandwich
Mack Truck (My Favorite)
Yankee Stadium Grand Slam Shakes
Prickly Pear Margarita
CutWater Vodka Mule

Stepping Into Jeter’s Shoes

When the Bronx Bomber open Thursday, they will be infusing new blood in the starting line-up. Manager Aaron Boone announced that 21 year old Anthony Volpe will be the starting shortstop. The youngest since Derek Jeter in 1996. Said Volpe when he got word, “for it all to come to fruition like this is pretty crazy.”

Despite losing to Houston again last year, Aaron Judge made history when he hit his 61st and 62nd home run. Judge will gladly trade that in to bring the 28th World Series to the Bronx for the first time since 2009.
