Meek Mill sat down with NBC’s Lester Holt just one day after being released on bail. The Philadelphia born rapper has captured the nation’s attention as his case is quickly becoming yet another example of what’s wrong with the criminal justice system, especially with parole.

Robert Rihmeek Williams (Meek Mill) told Holt, “I ain’t feel free since I caught this case at age of 19 — I’m 30 now.” Adding, “It’s been a culture shock coming from a small cell coming back into the real world.”

Last year, Mill was sentenced 2-4 years in prison for violating his probation from a gun possession and drug case.
