Castle Scores 23 Points In Game 3 Win

The San Antonio Spurs saved their title hopes on Monday night by winning Game 3 of the NBA Finals 115-111 over the New York Knicks. Spurs big man Victor Wembanyama had his best game of the series with 38 points. Second year swingman Stephon Castle finished with 23 points for San Antonio.
San Antonio jumped on the Knicks early and got out to a healthy lead. The Knicks surged back and the Spurs found themselves down 64-57 headed into halftime. San Antonio outscored the Knicks by eight points in the third quarter to take a 92-91 lead headed into the fourth quarter. Then in the fourth quarter they scored the first six points of the period and outscored the Knicks 23-20. San Antonio will now try to even the series in New York on Wednesday night in Game 4 Neither team had yet to win a game at home thus far in this series.
