By Dr. Sinclair N. Grey III Many African-Americans have been conditioned to believe that Jesus, the Christ was/is a white, blond hair, and blue-eyed Savior. Throughout many churches in the world, an image of a white Jesus is plastered on walls. For so long, no one has challenged this false claim and have allowed this nonsense to go on for centuries. Because of what has been falsely perpetrated and conceived by many churches throughout the world, too many Blacks believe that ‘whites are Saviors.’ Let me drop this in your spirit – whites are not Saviors. There is no white Jesus. And it’s time to remove the image of white Jesus from the Black church, the Black family, and Black Consciousness.
