English was 2 years old when she was diagnosed with hepatoblastoma, a rare form of liver cancer typically found in children, according to SurvivorNet.

In 2018, English was recorded by her mother dancing to Ciara’s “Level Up” while in her hospital room and became a touching viral sensation. Now at the age of 6, English has been in remission for three years.

Ciara gushed at the toddler’s strength, calling her a “superhero.”
