An Oregon food cart worker went off on a black customer who tried to pay for her food in change. An angry Islam Elmasry went on a racist tirade, calling Carlotta Washington the n-word for trying to pay for her food in quarters. The troubling ordeal was caught on camera, reports the New York Daily News. Elmasry can be heard trying to shoo Washington away from his Portland halal cart, saying “get the f–k away.” He then chucks a Gatorade bottle at her head.
