Julian Assange’s name has appeared on an unrelated U.S. federal court document, hinting that a secret indictment is being prepared against the WikiLeaks founder.

A document from a previously sealed case, filed by a federal prosecutor in Virginia in August, named Assange and mentioned the importance of not making public any move to arrest and extradite him, Reuters and Associated Press reported.

Assange’s WikiLeaks website has leaked thousands of secret U.S. documents, and the Wall Street Journal reported on Thursday that the U.S. Justice Department is “increasingly optimistic” about the chances of prosecuting Assange in a U.S. court.

Assange has been living in the Ecuadorian Embassy in London for six years after being granted political asylum by the South American country.
