Giannis Comes To Brooklyn Tonight

Brooklyn Nets superstars Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant won their first home game together at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York when they defeated the Detroit Pistons 130-123 after falling behind by as many as 12. Kevin Durant led Brooklyn with 41 points, 11 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 blocks in a spectacular all-around performance. Irving had 24 for Brooklyn. Andre Drummond added 14 points and 13 rebounds.

Durant talked about efficiency, and the impact that it has on opponents are the first when together at Barclays Center this season.

“I want to get better shots sometimes, but like a couple of them are like, ‘I’m hot, let me risk it’, Durant said of making tough shot with defenders draped all over him.

Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks come to Brooklyn Thursday night. The Bucks are coming off a thrilling win over Joel Embid and Philadelphia 76ers Tuesday night.
