Feds charge Baltimore hospital for kicking out mentally ill Black woman

In January, shocking footage went viral showing a Baltimore hospital kicking out a mentally ill, 22-year-old Black woman with visibly open head wounds, dressed only in a hospital gown and purple socks. The woman, who has only been identified as Rebecca , was left at a bus stop behind the University of Maryland Medical Center Midtown Campus with no supervision, with all of her belongings nearside a waiting bench.
