It was all good just a week ago. The New York Jets had just upset the
Dallas Cowboys and second-year quarterback Sam Darnold looked
phenomenal in the win.
Monday night at MetLife stadium, Darnold had his worse game of his brief career,
throwing four interceptions and losing a fumble, completing only 11-32
for 86 yards in a 33-0 loss on Monday Night Football.

“I just gotta see the field a lot better,” Darnold told reporters
after the game. “It was a rough day out there, rough night out there,
and obviously I got to be better and learn from the mistakes. But we
will get better.”
“Obviously, that was brutal,” Jets head coach Adam Gase said after the
game. “We didn’t do anything right. All three phases were bad. Just a
bad performance. You can’t play like that against these guys or it
will look like that. It’s just not good. We got a lot of work to do.”
The Jets travel to Jacksonville to face the Jaguars Sunday.
