A Los Angeles man was charged with misdemeanor battery for attacking and hurling racial slurs at a black woman during a confrontation over a parking spot on the campus of Santa Monica College reports ABC 7.
Fredric Allan Shinerock, 80, was arrested Tuesday, May 1, after a verbal dispute escalated to physical blows.

A video taken by Santa Monica College student Enrique Conde shows the white man yelling at the woman, calling her a “n****r” repeatedly and then kicking at her. Conde got out of his vehicle and started recording the fracas around him. Onlookers tried to stop the man and get him to leave the scene, but he stayed and continued to shout.
“You don’t belong here, go back to South L.A.,” he yelled at one point during the altercation.
