On Friday, June 1, 10-year-old Michael Thomas Jr. was playing outside of his grandmother’s house when police officers approached and handcuffed him. Footage of the incident was caught on cell phone video and shared across social media. Michael’s uncle, Victor, can be heard on the video asking the police why they were handcuffing his nephew.
