Dresses to Dream About details the creative journey of Siriano’s designs, starting from an original sketch and ending with a dreamy, finished, gown.  Photography of Siriano at work in his Manhattan studio and narration by the designer himself track the design process, and give a behind-the-scenes look at the work of one of America’s leading young fashion stars.

To celebrate his latest feat accompli, Siriano hosted a lavish book party at the beautiful Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles, California on Thursday, November 30, 2017 to show fans his unique design process behind each look.  Notables in attendance included Angela Bassett, Kathy Bates, Helen Hunt, Connie Britton, Niecy Nash, Kristin Chenoweth, Kate Mara, Sarah Hyland, Alicia Silverstone, Samira Wiley, Lauren Morelli, Selma Blair, Isabelle Fuhrman, Willow Shields, Michelle Trachtenberg, Sarah Rafferty and Nicole Laliberte.

Since debuting his namesake collection in 2008 at New York’s Fashion Week, Siriano has become one of the most influential and talked-about fashion designers in America. From couture red-carpet gowns to affordable shoes for the average buyer, his eponymous collection spans a broad consumer base.

Siriano begins each collection by sketching hundreds of silhouettes. “Like watching a film,” he elegantly states, “there is always a story, and something to remember. With this book, I want to share that story.”
